14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with voilaai for any reason within 14 days of your initial paid subscription, email [email protected] with your account email and we will issue a full refund of your most recent subscription payment. No questions asked. Refunds typically arrive in your payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
After the 14-day window
Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). After the 14-day money-back window, payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and no future charges occur.
Exceptional refunds
We may grant a prorated or full refund outside the 14-day window for:
- Extended service outage caused by voilaai (more than 72 consecutive hours of pipeline downtime in a single billing month).
- Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors on our side.
- Account compromise where charges occurred without the account owner's consent, confirmed by our support team.
These cases are handled on a one-to-one basis. Reach out with details so we can verify and refund.
What's not refundable
- Third-party AI provider fees. On the Starter plan you pay Suno and Google AI directly with your own API keys; those charges are entirely outside voilaai's control and any refund must be requested from the provider.
- YouTube channel performance. We can't refund the subscription because a video you produced underperformed on YouTube. Video success depends on niche selection, audience, and YouTube's algorithm — all factors outside our control.
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after the charge.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
- Include your subscription tier, the date of the charge, and a brief reason (optional but helps us improve).
- We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and arrive in 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all refund emails within 2 business days and the path above is faster than disputing through your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
