What does voilaai actually do?

You give it a niche and a topic — voilaai runs a chain of AI agents that research the topic, write a song spec, generate the music (Suno), the cover art (Imagen), assemble the video with ffmpeg, and upload to your YouTube channel. End-to-end takes about six minutes per video.

Which niches are supported today?

Ten curated niches: Kids music, Lofi beats, Meditation & yoga, Sleep music, Classical piano, Nature sounds, Holiday, Synthwave / 80s, World lullabies, Video game covers. Each has its own tuned prompt library so the output sounds genre-correct, not generic.

What's the difference between Starter and the paid tiers?

Starter is bring-your-own-keys — you plug your own Suno and Google AI accounts in and pay those providers directly (~$0.20 per video). voilaai charges you $19/mo for the software. Solo / Growth / Creator / Studio bundle the AI cost into one flat managed bill.

How do I connect a YouTube channel?

Go to Account → Channels → Connect YT on the channel row. A Google OAuth window opens, you grant youtube.upload + youtube.readonly permissions, and the token lands on the channel. From then on every job upload-publishes to that channel.

I don't see my YouTube channel — is voilaai verified with Google?

voilaai's Google OAuth is in production-verification review. While it's pending, the OAuth consent screen says "unverified app" and only test users on our allowlist can sign in. Email [email protected] to get added.

What does a schedule actually do?

Schedules are a cron expression plus a rotating list of topics. Every time the cron fires the next topic comes off the rotation and runs through the full pipeline. Set once, publishes daily — you don't have to open the dashboard.

A job got stuck on a stage — what now?

Open the job from the Jobs tab. If it sat in running for more than ~15 minutes (deploys interrupting it, mostly), it'll auto-rejoin the queue. For a fresh attempt, hit Run again on the detail page. To try a different angle, use Rerun with edits to tweak the topic and submit a new job on the same channel.

How do notifications work?

Configure under Notifications. Each channel is independent and best-effort: email for start / finish / failure reports, Telegram for instant alerts, and Slack / Discord webhooks if you want the same alerts to show up in your team chat.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Yes, anytime via the customer portal in Account → Manage billing. Downgrades are honoured at the end of your current billing period — your quota stays whatever you paid for until then.

Where do I report a bug?
