Terms of Service

The service

voilaai is a software-as-a-service that orchestrates third-party AI providers (music, image, language) to produce daily YouTube videos for a channel you own and control. You keep ownership of every channel, its OAuth connection, and the resulting ad revenue.

Your responsibilities

• You own the YouTube channels you connect.
• You will not configure voilaai to produce content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright law, or the terms of the AI providers (Suno, Google, Cloudflare).
• You will pay AI provider fees directly on the Starter plan; on managed plans we charge a flat fee that includes AI usage.
• You will keep your account credentials secret and revoke them when stolen.

Our responsibilities

• Run the orchestrator best-effort. We do not guarantee uptime or video quality.
• Stop running tasks for your account when you cancel. No silent re-billing.
• Notify you by email of significant changes to these terms at least 7 days before they take effect.

Billing & subscription

Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Lemon Squeezy, our payments merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects applicable VAT/KDV and other local taxes on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

On the Starter plan you pay AI provider fees (Suno, Google AI) directly with your own API keys; those charges are outside voilaai's control. Higher tiers bundle AI usage into a single voilaai invoice.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. After the 14-day window subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation & termination

You can cancel from the dashboard or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal at any time. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and no future charges occur. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially the content rules above) with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse, where we may act immediately.

Liability

voilaai is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
